Computational Informatics

OPAL uses computer analytics to further analyze genomic or phenomic data captured using our services and provides analytical reports generated from computerized analyses.

Our high performance computing infrastructure includes large scale data storage (2 PB) and computation. Bioinformatics services are custom-based, including genome assembly and annotation, transcriptomics and epigenomics - in addition to genome visualization tools.

Our phenoinformatics services entail the use of image data processing pipelines and machine learning feature resolution. We can also perform association genetics, involving linkage analysis and GWAS, as well as quantitative traits (QTL).
